Red Schafer is available for private lessons and seminars throughout Wisconsin and the United States. Red teaches gi and no gi grappling as well as MMA specific techniques. Keeping up with current competition around the world, Red specializes in cutting edge techniques that can be seen in the UFC,  the ADCC, and the Mundials. Instead of focusing on tradition and old school jiu jitsu, Red believes in the constant evolution of grappling. “New school” jiu jitsu is constantly evolving and adding new chokes, sweeps, joint locks, and other moves.
